Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Position Summary:

Walmart is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager for its ecommerce organization. In this role you would build and scale capabilities for our eCommerce Offer Ranking Platform, and help support the growth of Walmart eCommerce and its Marketplace business.

This role involves working with cross functional stakeholders including designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior executives from other functional areas, such as merchandizing and business leadership to develop and execute on the product vision and roadmap in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives

  • Drive Execution : manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of your products and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders

  • Actively manage key business stakeholders by conducting product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and priority setting based on impact and effort

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management or analytics in eCommerce, Online advertising, or Marketplaces

  • Experience in ML/AI product domain.

  • Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product execution

  • Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams

  • Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset. Experience shipping and iterating based on data

  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms

  • Preferred Experience: MBA or top tier Management consulting experience with a technical orientation or MS with a digital product management orientation or 3+ years of product management experience

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
