Description: The Content Management Group’s (CMG) role is within Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) which is a global organization that sits within Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS). Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through campaign consultation and execution and by developing best-in-class products and processes which modernize the marketing ecosystem. Every year ECMX helps its business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns.

The Content Management Group (CMG) is responsible for creative development and content management tasks for pre-approved U.S. marketing content which includes:

  • Ownership and maintenance of marketing content within the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM).

  • Content Governance & Communications including content management.

  • Development of marketing content for new products, benefits, refreshes of existing products or benefits, and guidelines for existing content across business units and channels.

  • Project management includes large-scale content changes, process transformation and improvements, and overall project support.

The CMG Technical Content Manager will be responsible for developing and managing new capabilities to automate the creation and review of marketing creatives. These Content Generators are an important part of our multiyear MarTech roadmap known as Content Studio.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a fast-paced, agile MarOps team. They will support leadership and partners with the overall transformation, governance, and execution of marketing content. This role will work cross functionally with various teams across the organization, including EDDS, Marketing, Product Management, Compliance, Legal, Technologies, etc. This role requires an experienced, proven candidate who is comfortable working on large scale transformations, new concepts and in gray space.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, write, manage, maintain, and own content rules for:

o the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM) to enable automation and ensure the output is compliant/accurate.

o Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Lucy (the tool that will house the rules) to enable automated content creation, including automation features such as Offer Disclosure Generators, Benefit Disclosure Generator, Solicitation Table, and Phone Script Generator.

o New use cases to automate parts of the creative review process.

  • Partner with the DAM Librarian, other MarOps, MarTech, and Reviewers (Compliance, Legal Marketing Compliance Reviewer) as needed to add, update, and manage the content rules via ongoing processes.

  • Develop and submit business requirements, participate in testing and pilots for these tools and processes. Establish a governance process to manage, control, and reinforce the automation rules, scans, and output of the Marketing DAM. Ensure the content accuracy.

  • Keep rules and logic current and accurate, while adhering to existing processes and ongoing updates of content, regulations, and changes in scope. Support change management needs for communications and training.Provide support and expertise to partners as it relates to marketing content housed in the Marketing Digital Asset Manager (DAM). Support leadership in all relevant activities. Collaborate on project strategies with key stakeholders. Create and influence solution design to enable content assembly.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years prior experience in one of these areas: Content Management, Content Management Solutions (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Data management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Compliance, Marketing Execution, Product Management, Operations, MarTech Solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while driving results.

  • Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, and ambiguity.

  • Ability to build/influence relationships, manage and resolve conflict and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and peers.

  • Ability to think critically and navigate complex content projects to transform and improve processes.

  • Ability to be agile, pay attention to detail, and manage tight timelines.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to document project tasks, outcomes, and decisions to reference and enforce through a governance process.

  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead direct reports.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
