Job purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service and timely responses to external and internal customer enquiries and requests via telephone, email, social media and letter.

What you will do:

  • Correctly and appropriately answering telephone, email, social media and letter enquiries relating to our products and services from consumers and customers

  • Maintaining agreed to Customer and Consumer Service Levels and Standards

  • Recording and processing information accurately

  • Elevating and handling sensitive reports according to defined business procedures

  • Maintaining objectivity when interacting with consumers and customers

  • Aiding in the management of product quality report

  • Monitoring and providing statistics on department activities

  • Maintaining protocols for existing procedures and developing protocols for new procedures

  • Assisting with administrative procedures and tasks in support of systems and services led by the department (e.g., 100% Satisfaction Guarantee claims, Urolith Analysis Service)

  • Supporting the Veterinary Consultation Service

  • Maintaining a sound knowledge of Hill’s Science Plan, VetEssentials and Prescription Diet product ranges

  • Attending occasional sales meetings & technical training and reporting content to the department colleagues

Who you are:

  • Effective Communicator and collaborator

  • Customer centric and building relationships

  • Proficient digital literacy in Microsoft Office and Google, specifically Word, Excel, Google Documents and Google Sheets

  • Ability to learn and use in-house CRM systems
