Grundfos Scrum Master in Suzhou, China

What is the job about?

The Scrum Master is a servant-leader who guide and coach the Scrum Team to continuously improve the way of working. Help and coach to ensure the team can deliver continuous value. The Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working

  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.

  • Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.

  • Assisting the Development Team to create high-value products

  • Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress

  • Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management. Improving the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items

  • Causing change in the organization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.

  • Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.

What do you need to apply?

  • Experience working in an agile team. Beginner and limited leadership experience.

  • Certified as Scrum master or equivalent experience.

  • Bachelor or master's degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps or other software development management tool.

  • Good communication skills both orally and in written English.
