The Intelligent Conversation and Communications (IC3), consisting of hundreds of micro-services, powers billions of real-time customer conversations in products across the Microsoft ecosystem (including TEAMS, Skype, and Dynamics) and third-party apps and experiences through Azure Communication Services. Our services are the foundation for reliable and high-quality audio/video calls, meetings, and messaging on desktop, mobile, web, and embedded endpoints. Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, analysis, development, deployment & operations efforts for multiple initiatives.

  • Creates, implements, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to establish and improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Follow established Software engineering standards and practices with the team/wider organization.

  • Actively collaborate with other engineers on the team for feature/project deliverables

  • Adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, or any equivalent high-level programming language.

  • Experience with coding and debugging, and understanding of software design principles.

  • Experiences building with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or any cloud provider.
