KBR has developed and implemented an innovative, cost-effective solution for the strategic management of estates and facilities services. The Estates Intelligence model and our 6 A methodology; Aggregation, Automation, Asset Management, Assurance, Audit and Analytics, enable the strategic management of estates and facilities services, which is an evolving model in the FM market.

As part of the ongoing growth of its Estates Intelligence, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.

About the Role

The Performance, Governance and Social Value Lead is responsible for monitoring and reporting the performance of the contract, ensuring quality and governance are a focal point of delivery and therefore provides clear assurance against contract specifications and key performance indicators. They are responsible for monitoring outcomes, ensuring that best practice, areas of improvement and lessons learnt are identified and recorded. They will be supporting the Account Director with stakeholder engagement, including client members, FM partners and internal KBR stakeholders. Leading on social value engagement and delivery across the contract, liaising with SV peers across Estates Intelligence and wider KBR to develop a standardised and enhanced social value offering.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated proficiency in managing stakeholders, involving interaction with senior client personnel. They will exhibit a proactive approach, emphasizing performance enhancement and consistent delivery amidst dynamic circumstances. Effective time management skills are evident, enabling them to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet stringent deadlines. They will be able to demonstrate versatility in working autonomously or within a collaborative team framework. Their communication prowess is notable, fostering influence and relationship-building across functions.

Must be able to apply for security clearance up to CTC level.
