About the opportunity:

  • Identify business needs, analyze workflow, conduct stakeholder workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure user-centered solutions alignment with business line roadmap.

  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate requirement prioritization, provide solution advice, contribute to solution planning, and support the delivery team in design demonstrations.

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business participation and support final signoff of the delivered solution.

  • Support the Business Enablement Manager and the HR Learning & Development team in reviewing training content and communications to end user groups.

  • Assist with enhancement requirements definition and prioritization post go-live.

About you:

  • 3+ years commercial experience in a technology environment

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems

  • Previous experience in analysis/development of customer facing projects and technologies

  • Not required, but preferable experience in product management
