The Opportunity

  • Work on a contemporary A-Grade commercial (6-star Green Star) asset for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.

  • Unique opportunity to join a building as it starts a major repositioning project – working closely with the capital works team in preparation for a new major tenant

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services(hard and soft services) within the building

  • Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives

  • To be responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services

About you

  • Facilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset

  • Experienced with capital works and Defect liability periods (DLP)

  • Trade background (particularly mechanical) is beneficial.

  • Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
