Looking for a driven Operational Key Account Manager to join our team who is experienced in managing customer relationships!
Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Operational Key Account Manager to join our team. This challenging yet diverse role will see you manage a dedicated team to ensure all vendor, order and carrier managements task are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your Responsibilities
Ensuring customer retention and drive continuous improvement
Designing and implementing continuous improvement projects
Managing and understanding order profiles
Completing trade management
Hosting regular QBRs and customer meetings
Completing reports, quotes for customers
Your Skills and Experiences

Additionally, you will have:
Prior experience in Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain / Order Management
Strong problem solver and ability to think outside the box
Strong computer skills and a fast learner as we use our own internal systems
