About the role

  • Our Hydrogen Peroxide production team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the Operations department and focuses on producing hydrogen (H2) and hydrogen peroxide (HP) in collaboration with the Maintenance, Purchasing, Logistics and Commercial teams.

  • As a Production Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the production operations and production personnel and to support the Site Manager. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the safe operation of the plant and implementation of continuous improvement of productivity, efficiency and profitability.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • the safe management of the site’s hydrogen and hydrogen peroxide plant

  • ensuring production schedules in the production units are met in relation to cost, quality and time conditions and in accordance with QHSE standards, regulations and customer requirements

  • managing and developing the Operations team

  • Continuous improvement of the production units performance.

  • maintaining technical control over the plants, processes and raw materials to ensure that all operating specifications and company policies are complied with

  • maintaining a management of change (MOC) system

  • We offer a permanent position based on onsite working mode.

About you

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production department with managerial roles.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Australian base pay reasonably expected for this role is 123,680 to 154,600, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
