About us
At CBRE we plan, design, and build spaces that support how you live, work and play. Working within our Placemaking NSW (PMNSW) account, this team is responsible for Sydney’s most historically and culturally significant waterfront locations and now seek a Project Manager to assist in the maintenance of those assets.
The Opportunity
An experienced (building environment) Project Manager to deliver multiple commercial capital works, lifecycle upgrade and replacement projects.
Lead and deliver multiple projects typically up to $1.5m - Heavy focus on service upgrades and heritage assets
The ability to develop scopes, manage tenders, construction works with WHS oversight, and contract administration. MW21 (minor works) experience desirable
Stakeholder management with the ability to work as part of a broader collaborative team.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Project management experience within a building (head contractor) environment
Tertiary or trade qualifications (construction, fire, electrical mechanical hydraulic etc.)
The ability to work autonomously within a team, leading projects from end to end.
Client facing experience with strong and collaborative communication skills
Heritage experience would be beneficial
