Chris Preble is working with a Syracuse client of his that has a Human Resources Generalist hiring need. This organization has had a lot of growth and this role is open due to an internal promotion. Responsibilities you will be involved in:

• Help manage full-cycle recruitment and new hire orientations to attract and retain the best talent

• Addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace environment

• Supporting performance appraisals and employee recognition programs to motivate and reward employees

• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining accurate employee records to avoid legal complications

• Assisting with benefits at times

• Coordinating training programs and facilitating HR workshops to promote continuous learning and development

• Helping to administer compensation and benefits functions to ensure fair and competitive packages

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

• Handling employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a human resource role

• Excellent communication skills
