Arc of Onondaga is actively hiring for multiple management level positions in our Residential Division!
Residence Manager - P lans, supervises, and coordinates support services required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for adults with intellectual disabilities. Is responsible, in cooperation with other team members, for the coordination, planning and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities. Front line supervisor for a team of Direct Support Professionals. Collaborates with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled.
Senior Residence Manager - Assists the Residential Program Manager with overseeing the functions of assigned residential team. Is responsible for ensuring proper utilization of staff and scheduling, and directly supervises assigned relief staff. Also provides training, guidance and support to newly hired DSPs and Residence Managers.

Job Requirements:
Valid NYS driver's license
Experience within a group home (residential) setting
Supervisory/leadership experience (preferred)
Education and experience vary based on position (see Job Descriptions-attached).
