Comfort Windows Scheduler in Syracuse, New York
COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS , New York’s premier home improvement company , is seeking an experienced Scheduler in our Syracuse, NY office.
The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
The position will entail a variety of administrative duties primarily focused on:
Scheduling of measurement and installation appointments with customers;
Coordination of installation crew schedules to maximize efficiency and quality;
Reviewing sales orders and final measurements for completeness and accuracy;
Providing customer service over the telephone;
Other office duties requested by Office Manager, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience providing administrative support in a construction-related environment;
Solid customer service with proper telephone etiquette;
Comfortable usage of technology for the purpose of data entry, scheduling, spreadsheets, etc.;
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective time management skills with attention to deadlines and details.
