A Digital Product Manager to join our team! As the Digital Product Manager you will be responsible for the effective management and development of digitally based products/channels to support the member experience as they interact with Sound's products and services. In this role you will manage the full product lifecycle and work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams for product and feature roadmaps, delivery strategies, product support, and communications. Additionally, as the Digital Product Manager you will work closely with Sound's senior leaders to deliver a digital member experience that matches Sound's brand. At Sound you will experience... Learn more about our company culture here! As a Digital Product Manager you will... Responsible for the overall performance of the product/channel, to include member experience, performance reliability, and quality of service. Understand and anticipate member needs and wants through research of market trends, member feedback, current state analysis and user testing. Serve as mediator between member/clients and technical teams to develop requirements, designs and prototypes, test plans, and delivery plans. Develop, maintain product vision and roadmap, including the management of the product and sprint backlogs. Create high-level cost benefit analysis for key features in roadmap and measure adherence post-delivery to ensure appropriate stewardship of credit union resources and overall return to members. Lead the implementation of features, enhancements, proofs of concept, pilots, in the member experience and back-office efficiencies. Communicate plans, learnings, and results through strong working relationships and effective verbal and written communications skills. Work with vendor partners to align product roadmaps and to deliver projects. Provide upper tier-level support during incident management events. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will bring to the team... Three or more years' experience in product management experience required. At least 2 years in technical product implementation and management required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in Computer Science, or Information Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
