AHBL Survey Crew Chainperson in Tacoma, Washington

We are seeking a Survey Crew Chainperson who is eager to shape their own future and grow with our company. WHAT YOU WILL DO In this role, you will work as a member of a survey crew and will assist in performing boundary, topography, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys. You will operate and maintain survey equipment, take field notes, collect data, perform calculations, and assist with construction staking projects. Projects will include subdivisions, educational facilities, and military facilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent The ability to think independently and thrive in a team atmosphere Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Valid Washington State driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain clearance to work at local military installations DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Land surveying experience Manual labor experience Experience with survey instrumentation COMPENSATION $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
