We are currently in search of a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. This candidate may reside in either Forth Smith, AR or Fayetteville, AR areas.
The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the Company’s marketing strategies, marketing communications within the Arkansas territory. The Sales & Marketing Director develops and implements marketing/sales and communication strategies with the aim of growing the business, enhancing the successful accomplishment of it goals and mission, and promoting positive public relations.
Working with the executive team, Develop short and long term marketing and sales strategies and goals to meet specified targets.
Implement marketing and sales strategies, oversee marketing/sales budgets.
Evaluate market conditions, keeping up-to-date on marketing trends and demographics of customers, developing benchmarks to measure effectiveness, communicating with the executive board/team.
Identifies areas of potential markets, monitoring satisfaction of current customers.
Plan events, design advertisements, and arrange avenues to reaching the public and referral sources.
Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action that ensure achievement of marketing objectives.
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in senior executive level or VP level marketing and sales position in hospital or health care system required
Proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies and meeting targets, strategic planning and public relations experience.
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership, ability to articulate a vision, positive public speaking presence and presentation skills.
Budget and finance skills, data driven marketing skills.
Ability to Motivate Staff
Must be able to travel extensively to cover territory
Ability to work with diverse groups
Ability to network and interact effectively with high level company officials such as CEO,CFO, etc.
Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions and Physical and Sensory Requirements for All Job Functions.
