Robert Half Office Services Coordinator in Tampa, Florida

Description We are looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. The role involves a wide range of office functions, operations, and workstation support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing backup support to various office roles. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and greeting individuals coming into the building

• Ensuring all office supplies are stocked and available

• Maintaining the office environment and ensuring it is well organized

• Filling in where needed for tasks such as print jobs and other miscellaneous tasks

• Providing back-up support to the Concierge in performing general clerical duties such as distributing and tracking packages

• Troubleshooting missed deliveries and coordinating messenger services as needed

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including conference room reservation, equipment setup, and arranging catering if needed

• Ordering office supplies and other common use items for the office/location

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks and functions

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any office-related issues. Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service roles

• Proficient in handling various office functions and operations

• Demonstrated ability to provide workstation support

• Excellent phone presence and receptionist skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform clerical duties

• Experience in managing deliveries and operating machinery

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in handling reservations and catering services

• Ability to coordinate meetings and provide concierge services

• Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks as required

• Experience in print services and messenger services

• Knowledge and experience in EO/IR systems

• Experience in managing a busy reception desk

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• detail oriented attitude and appearance

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
