Job Description:

L3Harris Dagger Works (East), of the Strategic Mission Group, in ISR Sector is looking for an AFSO to fill the on-site roles of Access/Visitor Control, Assistant Site Manager, Key Control, and ACPSO. This position will provide on-site assistance with the annual Corporate Security Inspection, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Security Review assessments, and Program ICD-705 Security Compliance Inspections. Leads personnel security and visitor/access control. Issues visitor badges, verifies citizenship of visitors, and escorts vendors. Processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control. Maintains lock and key records. Processes visit authorizations for employees and sponsored customers/guests to gain access to restricted areas. Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing access. Maintains controlled security documents and information. Will be the face of the facility and answer doors, answer phones, and process requests for access as necessary. The person fulfilling this position will be the first person our customers meet upon arriving at our facility, therefore must have excellent customer service skills.

Essential Functions:

Work autonomously (and as a Team Member) on complex assignments requiring development of concepts and techniquesWork aut. Provide timely and professional communications with contacts (typically within and outside the department) on matters that involve explaining complex assignments, solving problems and initiating process improvements. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and makes recommendations for process improvements. The ability to pay close attention to detail is required. Must be able to work well with customers both internal and external. Good phone and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) required.

This on-site position is primary Visitor Control role and will assist with scheduling, deconflicting, and working events for staff and customers. Will provide assistance with shipping and site logistics in support of customer experience. The position will work with the Building and Facilities department on work orders and any follow up requirements. This position will also assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies and place Service Requests as needed to maintain the facility. The positon may provide support for various investigations by reviewing access control logs and surveillance video. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Requires advanced job knowledge/skills.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience - or - 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

• US Citizenship required• Active DoD TS/SCI required
