Citigroup Senior Risk Analyst and Tableau Developer, SVP in Tampa, Florida

The Model/Anlys/Valid Sr Officer I is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development of Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL) by working with risk and business stakeholders and IT teams to define the business requirements and identify the data sources for stress exposure, stress losses, stress loss drivers, stress loss change explains, and sensitivity analysis across all risk pools, including wholesale, counterparty credit risk, retail, and market risk.

  • Collaborate with risk/business stakeholders to document business requirements, identify key data attributes, develop relevant tools and dashboards in order to support Global Systematic Stress Testing program.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to create detailed project plans and timelines and ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and quality.

  • Design and develop Tableau-based visualization dashboards/tools to analyze risk exposures, stress loss, stress loss attribution and sensitivity across risk pools.

  • Design and develop risk dashboards and tools in Tableau to support enterprise risk metrics and risk analytics.

  • Manage project timelines including development plan, milestones, tasks and dependencies on the other systems or developments; Provide periodical project update to the stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in the field of science, finance or engineering is required.

  • 10+ years of working experiences in management consulting, risk management with financial institutions. Experience with stress testing is a plus.

  • Excellent product and risk management knowledges across all risk pools including wholesale, retails, counterparty credit and market risk.

  • Strong change management skills and capability to drive infrastructure/IT developments; Familiar with software development methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and project management tools (e.g. Jira).

  • Strong communication skills and capability to convey complex risk information to diverse audience.

  • 5+ years of working experience with designing and developing analytical tools, data visualization dashboards, and risk reports in Tableau.

  • Strong users experience design skills with Tableau; Excellent working experience with large data, complex calculations, and performance optimization in Tableau.

  • Strong SQL skills and good knowledge of relational databases; Familiar with big data, data warehousing concepts and technologies.

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
