Description

We are offering a dynamic role in our service industry organization, located in Tampa, Florida. The position is for a Senior Financial Analyst who will play an integral part in our financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key metrics reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and provide insights into financial performance

• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

• Support strategic initiatives, including financial feasibility analysis and scenario modeling

• Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process

• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proven ability to Develop Financial Models and work with Complex Financial Models

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Previous experience with a PE owned organization required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
