Citigroup TTS Core Accounts FDIC Compliance Lead Analyst - VP (C13) Hybrid in Tampa, Florida

The Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Core Accounts FDIC Compliance Lead Analyst is responsible for execution and compliance oversight of FDIC 370 for the TTS business.

The overall objective of this role is to support all activities related to FDIC 370 compliance, including completion of annual attestation activities, remediation of open regulatory and Internal Audit (IA) issues, process redesign to integrate with Citi's target state Demand Deposit Account (DDA) solution and coordination with upstream ICG service providers for continuous process improvement, elimination of manual touchpoints and enhancements to the risk and control framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with TTS Controls and Regulatory Management (CRM) to knowledge transfer current state solution and process. Enhance documentation as required.

  • Support the annual FDIC 370 attestation process.

  • Support the remediation of IA validation issues and remediation actions on Issue Escalation Reports (IERs)

  • Support the FDIC 370 Senior Lead Analyst in representing TTS North America on CBNA FDIC 370 Steering Committee, including the preparation of materials, briefings on issues and execution of ad-hoc reporting queries.

  • Support the redesign of FDIC 370 solution/process as part of the US Branch Transformation integration with Pismo.

  • Partner with CRM, Bank Regulatory Legal, and other stakeholders to address regulatory changes to FDIC 370 as legislation for deposit insurance coverage evolves.

  • Partner with upstream master central reference data systems to address key design initiatives (e.g. Tax ID and Unique Identifier Record Keeping)

  • Partner with Core Accounts Regional Product Management team members and participate in day-to-day product management activities for Core Accounts, including product delivery and release management calls, assessing and addressing client and internal system dependencies, and facilitating the remediation of risks to achieve business results as they relate to FDIC 370 compliance.

  • Act as project sponsor for FDIC 370 Project Tracking System (PTS) efforts, including review and signoff on key artifacts as needed, as well as credible challenge on migration planning activities and the closure of business-critical milestones.

  • Support the adoption of Enterprise Data Standards on TTS Core Account platforms in process redesign/enhancement efforts related to FDIC 370.

  • Promote an agile culture and mindset across the integrated Core Accounts Product and Technology team.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in risk and controls within a Banking organization. Demonstrated knowledge of Operations, Risk & Controls, Compliance, Regulatory Remediation and Audit functions is ideal.

  • Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of operating in an agile environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

  • Ability to lead and drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism.

  • Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level.

  • Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests.

  • Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus.

  • Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

  • Specific knowledge of demand deposits and transaction services a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
