Job Description

The position will be responsible for day-to-day System operations, fixes, troubleshooting both software and hardware, as well as supporting reporting services and other applications needed to operate the Moulding Operation in LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam

Core responsibilities

  • Ensure that the LEGO Production team meets the reliability requirements of the company and Data quality.

  • Responsibilities-Ownership of Manufacturing Execution Systems Service. Technology solutions supporting manufacturing operations, spanning both IT and OT domains.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, other IT service owners, and operational units to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into scalable and effective technical solutions.

  • Technology Evaluation and Recommendation- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and solutions to support manufacturing operations, aligning with OT and IT strategies.

  • Comprehensive Solution Architecture- Develop and contribute to comprehensive architecture plans for manufacturing technology solutions, considering factors such as system integration, scalability, performance, support, data analytics and security.

  • Contribute to the design of system interfaces to the corporate SAP and other information systems.

  • Lead the implementation and continued maintenance of all the LEGO Internal system and systems interfaces.

  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to daily production issues related to System. Troubleshoot issues using log files, events, etc.

  • Keep support 24/7 to production and maintenance.

  • Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the Quality System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness

Do you have what it takes

  • Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc,.) is required

  • 4+ years experience and proficient level of knowledge with software applications such as Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Background in troubleshooting Ethernet network.

  • Ability to troubleshoot using log files

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000, Factory Talk View SE, Java, Visual Studio .NET, HMI programming languages and technologies, etc
