Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Certification or Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a graduate of Aeronautical, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent engineering disciplines with a quick grasp of FAA / EASA requirements. The primary responsibility for this role is to conduct tests on aircraft interior products, analyze results, and create comprehensive qualification reports. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong collaboration, effective communication, quick problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. A passion for the work and the ability to adapt swiftly to engineering challenges are essential.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution: Develop and implement testing plans for aircraft interior products, ensuring compliance with FAA / EASA requirements and industry standards.

Analysis of Test Results: Conduct thorough analysis of test data, interpret results, and generate detailed qualification reports summarizing the performance and compliance of aircraft interior products.

Certification Compliance: Ensure that all testing activities align with relevant certification standards, collaborating with regulatory bodies as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to integrate testing seamlessly into the product development and certification process.

Communication: Effectively communicate test plans, results, and certification compliance status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering clear understanding and collaboration.

Problem Solving: Adapt quickly to emerging engineering challenges, applying analytical skills to identify and solve problems efficiently during the certification and testing phases.

Detail Orientation: Execute testing procedures with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the testing and certification process.

Passion for Work: Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring the safety, quality, and certification compliance of aircraft interior products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline.

  • At least 3+ years of related experience in certification/reliability engineering

  • Rapid understanding of FAA / EASA requirements.

  • Experience in planning and conducting tests on aerospace components, particularly aircraft interior products is a plus.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands.

  • Keen attention to detail.
