Eaton Corporation Hourly Phone Screening Analyst in Tanauan City, Philippines

What you’ll do:

Talent Acquisition – Phone Screening Analyst in Eaton’s Corporate business, based in Tanauan, Batangas.

This position will act as a liaison to the hourly production recruiters in North America. Provides recruiting support by phone screening candidates, reviewing and dispositioning resumes against basic qualifications, and sourcing to build a further pipeline of skilled candidates for the North America Hourly Recruiters.

Your essential responsibilities:

Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder to be phone screened and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements

Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into Eightfold

Recommends top candidates and schedule to interview day (if determined) or recommend further to the recruiter

Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition

Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in Eightfold, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met

Coordinates the research of advertisements (e.g. print, radio, etc.) and executes those advertisement strategies per recruiter and hiring team recommendations

Assists applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and other various system related barriers the applicants may encounter

Partners with recruiters to be an outlet for sourcing and researching candidates as potential leads through external resources, i.e. Monster, Jibe, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday – Friday

Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)

Position Criteria:

• Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite)

• Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment

• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong ability to multitask

• Stakeholder Management skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or relevant BPO/Offshore recruitment experience

• Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to work in an Agile Work Environment
