How you Will make a difference
Inventory and stock supplies maintained at nurses’ station in supply points, distribute appropriate supplies; record inventory and cost data and provide data to the business office and/or input into the computer.
Inventory and monitor central supply levels.
Order, receive, and restock in accordance with procedures.
Monitor cost and maintain related records.
What you Need to make a Difference
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience, as necessary.
Must have a current/active CPR certification.
MUST BE CNA Certified!
MUST have PRIOR EXPERIENCE with Clinical staff SCHEDULING, not appointment setting.
M-F hours can vary slightly...can be 7-330, 730-4, 8-430
Must be able to do on call rotation, one night a week and 1 weekend a month
Duties include but are not limited to: maintaining a schedule for at least 14 days at a time (a month is preferable) manage, call ins, vacation requests, managing ABS daily, maintaining and updating Agency tracker, posting open shifts on all platforms, approving timecards, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, stocking the med rooms and the floor with sufficient supplies.
