As a Industrialization Program Manager you will be responsible for total customer satisfaction and satisfactory financial performance for the development, production, and/or support phases of complex component and systems development programs. Includes successful management of scope, cost/resources, schedule, and performance management of various assigned programs.

What you’ll do:

• Identify project scope and continuously managing the expectations.

• Estimate, budget, and control cost for all project activities.

• Provide project updates (milestones and high-risk areas).

• Direct overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “Triple Constraint” of Cost/Scope/Schedule is met.

• Monitor overall performance, develops, and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.

• Manage the internal/external customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Lead project teams in identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risk.

• Manage scrap, eliminate wastes, rejection and demonstrated proactive quality approach.

• Ensure compliance with TS 16949, MESH, ISO 18000 norms and process in responsible area.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical university.

• 2 years of experience in PM in production area.

Skills:

• Knowledge of contracts, corporate and project finance.

• Negotiations and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communications skills.

• Engineering knowledge, Lean and Six Sigma tools.

• English and Polish - advanced level.
