As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for general maintenance in maintaining distribution center's buildings and equipment.

salary: $50,000 - $62,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance and inspections on complex machinery (conveyor system, HVAC equipment, scanners, automatic doors)

• Maintain and repair production equipment as needed

• Maintain and repair facilities including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems; serve as a point of contact with facility vendors as necessary for matters requiring escalation

• Preventative maintenance schedule for powered industrial trucks (PIT), distribution technology and automation, material handling equipment, building utilities, and other pneumatic or hydraulic items

• Accountable for HVAC system performance, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working weekends
