Job Summary

Under general direction, this position provides administrative and operational leadership for on-site tool crib services in accordance with program guidelines set by the Program Manager, customer, or contract requirements. Responsibilities include supervising staff through delegation of work assignments, training, and evaluations, as well as maintaining electronic inventory records and gage calibration records using SAP for all gages issued and returned from manufacturing, assembly and test departments, and outside vendors. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and present monthly performance data to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Generate and maintain accurate and timely reports on tool crib operations, ensuring compliance with program requirements.

  • Oversee the contract closeout process, ensuring all deliverables are met and preparing final documentation.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP, conduct regular audits, manage gage calibration schedules, and coordinate with relevant departments and vendors.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of related experience.

  • Current Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification from the National Property Management Association, or ability to obtain within one year.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

  • Demonstrated experience in team or personnel management.

  • Knowledge of hydraulic hose manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of Min/Max inventory systems.

  • Knowledge of Chemicals/Compounds.
