Aerotek Fabrication Lead in Terrell, Texas

Job Title: Fabrication Lead

Job Description

Join our team as a Fabrication Lead at a leading manufacturing facility specializing in the production of catalytic heaters for the oil & gas industry. This role offers $22 - $24/hr for the first shift, running from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday with mandatory overtime as needed. As a working lead, you will oversee the fabrication department and actively engage in all fabrication duties. You will be responsible for fabricating various heater components, identifying issues, and providing immediate solutions. This position requires handling materials such as aluminum weighing over 50 lbs and reading technical documentation such as instruction drawings and blueprints. Full training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with sheet metal punch press (Euromac)
