Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Location : Westlake, TX

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned System Analyst proficient in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and AWS to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing robust systems that ensure flawless integration and efficient performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Java, Python, and Spring Boot.

  • Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.

  • Work with PostgreSQL for efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.

  • Implement and maintain systems on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

  • Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of software components.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionalities.

  • Document system architecture, processes, and configurations for reference and future development.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a System Analyst focusing on Java, Python, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.

  • Experience using Spring Boot for developing enterprise-level applications.

  • Deep understanding of Kafka for building scalable and resilient distributed systems.

  • Proficiency in designing and managing databases using PostgreSQL.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services for system deployment and management.

  • Strong skills in system analysis and design with a successful track record of implementations.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate optimally across teams.

  • Ability to document technical processes, system configurations, and integration details.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
