Purpose of the Role: PL-8

The Service PLM is responsible for leading and developing the service portfolio for low

voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) products as well as for other products such as

transformers. The focus is on repairs, scheduled maintenance, and start-up services

(installation and commissioning).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the lifecycle of service offerings for LV and MV products, as well as

transformers and other technical products.

  • Plan and monitor on-site and off-site services, including repairs, regular maintenance, and start-

up services.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations in service execution.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the service offerings and expand the

customer base.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement of the service

portfolio.

  • Develop training programs for service personnel to ensure proficiency in the latest technologies

and service practices.

  • Manage customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and ensure high customer

satisfaction.

  • Monitor the financial performance of the service portfolio and create budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or automation technology.

  • Experience in service management or product lifecycle management, ideally in the electrification

or automation industry.

Confidential

  • Strong technical knowledge in LV and MV products as well as other electrical components like

transformers.

  • Proven skills in project management and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

  • Proficient in English and ideally in another foreign language.

Working Style:

  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage complex tasks independently.

  • Problem-solving oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality improvement.

  • Flexible regarding travel and work location to visit customer sites and provide support.
