EDI Coordinator

Concordance Healthcare Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity for an EDI Coordinator in our Tiffin, OH location. The primary role of an *EDI Coordinator *is to assist the VP, E-Business in supporting all EDI applications and business processes. An *EDI Coordinator *sets up and maintains EDI trading partners and monitors all daily EDI activity.
Essential Functions:
- Daily monitoring of all inbound and outbound EDI transactions for any issues.
- Setup Trading Partners, board with the VAN, and tie them to correct EDI maps.
- Test all EDI transaction sets with Trading Partners and correct any errors.
- Problem Solve with Trading Partners on any errors and reprocess failed EDI documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, document and design EDI processes that align with the business requirements.
- Work with Vendors and Customers to convert to EDI transaction sets.
- Facilitate with Vendors on warehouse location setup or moves to create a new Concordance ship to ID or change the address of the current ship to ID in their system.
- Assist end users with any EDI related questions or opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
*What You will Need to be Successful: *
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or computer science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of experience in EDI environments or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and well organized.
- Understanding of ANSI X12 formatted EDI transaction sets and their purpose preferred.
- Experience using IBM iSeries and CLEO Clarify preferred.
- Experience working with Value Added Networks (GHX and ECOM) preferred.
- With the possibility of a work from home hybrid model (in office part of the week and remote part of the week).
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
