• Recommends, writes and spreads relevant information for the company in internal media;

• Responsible for the implementation of professional communications tools (newsletter, internal notes, intranet, internal TV screens, meetings with all employees), to ensure the motivation of employees in the tire plant in Timisoara;

• Strong organizational, logistical and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality;

• Must be able to collaborate with a variety of colleagues across the organization;

• Adobe or Canva skills for creating visuals and/or videos.

• Fluent in Romanian and English language, spoken and written;

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience;

• University studies in Communication and Public Relations, or Journalism or relevant social studies.
