Job purpose

  • Help Desk Network Technicians will provide support to external clients and internal team members

Responsibilities

  • On-site equipment setup and troubleshooting

  • Remote setup and troubleshooting

  • Completing ongoing e-trainings for all supported manufacturers

  • Pre-flighting

  • Keeping calls in queues updated and closed in timely fashion

  • Providing support to hardware technicians (as needed)

  • Providing quality communication with clients

  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service

  • 1 year in an IT position preferred

  • Ability to pass a preemployment background check and drug screen

  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes

  • Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information

  • Must have valid driver license and insurance (company vehicle eligibility is based off driving records)
