Employer: Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.Job Title: Associate Director, Artificial Intelligence and Machine LearningJob Code : A011.3624Job Location :Titusville, NJJob Type: Full-Time Rate of Pay: $171,000 - $209,000Job Duties: Drive the pace and innovation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) enabled solutions across Janssen Commercial, with an initial focus on the flagship Janssen Omni-channel program - Janssen Experience Transformation (JET). Involved in the full technology life cycle development and support with responsibilities for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting leading-edge data science pipelines that support decisions and drive organizational action for the Omnichannel brands. Collaborate with internal data engineers, data scientists, and data science implementation partners to understand business requirements that drive Omnichannel functional, data, and technical solutions. Work closely with customer master and sales data processing teams to meet machine learning and advanced analytics teams’ data needs. Cut across all Janssen US Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and multiple disease states to drive cross-TA, program level innovations focused on using predictive and prescriptive analytics to personalize every encounter with healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients. Understand Janssen’s existing data science and data engineering platforms to provide suggestions to optimize architecture and performance improvement. Develop a deep understanding of brand priorities and partner with cross-functional strategic and technical partners to support the development and productionization of fit-for-purpose AI/ML solutions of varying sophistication. Drive continuous improvement and innovation for the solutions that are already in production to help develop key archetypes of commercial ML solutions across the different disease areas and new launches. Key partnerships include all Janssen NA Pharm businesses including JET Operations, advanced analytics (AA), data sciences (DS) and data engineering (DE), sales, marketing, commercial excellence, and business technology teams.Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in an Associate Director, AI and ML-related occupation.Position requires experience with:1.Data engineering;2.Machine Learning;3.DevOps; and4.Infrastructure, codebase, and data processing.CONTACT: To apply, please send resume to jkim6240@its.jnj.com.
