About the Role

As a Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Analyst, you will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Professional Services business group.

• JD: Minimum 3-4 years of over all experience and 2-3 years Oracle HCM cloud.Certified in Oracle Core HR/Absence module Should have worked with Deployment and AMS projects in Core HR/Absence/Security modules.Should have worked in at least 1 large scale oracle HCM cloud deployment projectGood communication skills and prior experience interfacing client directly would be preferredAbility to demonstrate solution and design for client business challengesSupport release management & change management activities, CSM, FSM etcCustomize Application pages using design studio & page composerExpertise in Groovy and the newer autocomplete rulesHandle the Oracle Quarterly release upgrades from reviewing the new features, enabling, regression testing, retrofitting the customizations & client Monthly BAU releases Define testing scenarios and develop test scriptsConfigure workflow, triage console issuesUnderstanding of Oracle data structure(s) & BI publisher (SQL) is preferred

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field

Oracle certified is a Plus
