「Day one」は、データセンター勤務で月曜日から金曜日の9:00から18:00までの6ヶ月契約で始まります。この期間中、ファイバーケーブル、サーバーラック、その他のインフラストラクチャ機器を実際に設置することで、データセンターについて理解する機会があります。また、顧客データを安全に保ちながら、レガシー機器の処理および廃棄する方法についても理解します。単独作業、または協力作業し、このインフラストラクチャをサポートする他チーム、およびこのインフラストラクチャを取り扱うチームとも協力します。

Your “Day One” starts with a 6-month contract, working from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, in our data centers. During this period, you have the opportunity to gain an understanding of data centers through hands-on installation of fiber cabling, server racks and other infrastructure equipment. You will also understand how to handle and dispose legacy equipment while keeping customer data secure. You will work independently or with your colleagues, and also work with the teams that support this infrastructure and the customers that rely on it.

As you receive on-the-job training, gain cross-functional, transferable skills, and establish yourself as a knowledgeable, efficient technician, your contract can be extended or become a full-time role. You will find opportunities to expand within the team and the organization. Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma

• STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

• Work 10 hour shifts as needed

• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
