Google Platform Sales Specialist, Display and Video 360 in Tokyo, Japan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with advertising agencies, ad networks, DSPs, and/or advertising technology companies.

  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable with technology.

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.

  • Ability to have a startup mindset and be detail-oriented, with ability to manage fast-paced environments.

  • Strong strategic skills with demonstrated ability to partner with sales and drive operational and strategic initiatives, involving cross-functional teams.

Our team vision is to accelerate advertiser’s digital transformation to contribute business results through improving media investment return with data solutions with Display and Video 360 (DV360) on Display and Video Ads (DVA), including YouTube and third-party exchange Display/Video sectors.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Drive Display and Video business, managing products on Display and Video 360.

  • Consult and support to plan and optimize better performance of campaigns under Display and Video 360.

  • Develop and expand relationships with Display and Video 360 and related, including identifying new opportunities with agencies and advertisers in collaboration with sales teams.

  • Lead initiatives and drive cross-functional projects to commercialize YouTube and video solutions through Display and Video 360 capability.
