  • 営業のための分析上必要となるデータベースおよびデータフローの構築、保守、改善

  • 各種KPIのモニタリングとレポーティング

  • Power BIによるレポート開発と運用

  • セールスや各種KPIの予測

  • マーケット情報の収集分析

  • 商品施策における営業部門総合調整

  • テクノロジーを活用した営業部門内の業務改善のサポート

必須のスキル・経験:

  • 生命保険ビジネスへの深い理解または強い関心

  • データ集計・分析・レポーティング経験

  • データベース管理システム及び表計算ソフトのスキル(アドバンスド)

  • コミュニケーション能力(エグゼクティブとのコミュニケーション・各種ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション)

  • チームプレイヤー

  • 高い日本語力(複雑な内容の会話でも誤解なく意思疎通できるレベル)

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(メールのやり取りやレポート作成に不自由ないレベル)

有れば尚可のスキル・経験:
