Wayfair Senior Manager, Endpoint and Enterprise Applications in Toronto, Canada

We’re looking for an experienced Endpoint Manager for a growing, global End User Computing Engineering and Enterprise Tools team. The team is responsible for corporate device management, including more than 20,000+ computers, virtual desktops, mobile devices. The team is also responsible for managing & supporting a SaaS portfolio including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Confluence and Office 365.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support and guidance to 7-12 direct reports that are globally dispersed. </li>
<li>Expertise in large scale endpoint management and systems automation or systems engineering is required.</li>
<li>Continually improve end user services related to endpoint management by deeply understanding customer experiences. </li>
<li>Deploy operating systems, applications, and patches using Intune and JAMF.</li>
<li>Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint health and compliance issues.</li>
<li>Set 24-hour on-call support to ensure rapid recovery from software or hardware problems for mission-critical systems and networks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with security, networking, and identity management systems.</li>
<li>Assist with the maintenance and management of the licensing arrangements of software, including procurement, contract management and renewals as well as capacity monitoring and forecasting. </li>
<li>Designing and managing the integration of various software applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability within the enterprise's IT ecosystem.</li>
<li>Overseeing the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Ensuring that software applications are configured correctly and perform optimally to meet business requirements.</li>
<li>Define strategy for SaaS product consolidation or, in some cases, increasing adoption to maximize product ROI.</li>
<li>Scope projects to audit and optimize the existing SaaS portfolio, focusing on improvements to security, permissions, automation, scalability, end-user experience, and license usage.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in SCCM, Intune, and/or JAMF administration and engineering. </li>
<li>Strong leadership, roadmap development, support provision, and operational reporting skills. </li>
<li>Expertise in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, MacOS, Linux</li>
<li>Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy</li>
<li>Experience with programming languages such as Bash/Powershell, Python and familiarity with version control Github/CI-CD pipelines</li>
<li>Understanding of core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policies, File Services, etc.)</li>
<li>Analyze logging data/alerts to recognize trends and create proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Track record of strong security partnerships and current knowledge of the security landscape.</li>
