Canadian Tire Account Coordinator, Triangle Retail Media in Toronto, Ontario

What you’ll do

The Account Coordinator, Retail Media will be responsible for providing day-to-day client support with a key focus on planning, developing and the performance of digital campaigns.

  • Help coordinate digital media campaigns in your portfolio by guiding clients and cross-functional teams to drive success

  • Brief-in and coordinate assets between vendor partners, creative services, and our internal execution teams

  • Monitor the latest trends in digital media, including channels, advertising formats and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services

  • Support the Account Manager & Account Executive team to build pitch decks and marketing materials for client and stakeholder meetings

  • Create and maintain blocking charts, work-back schedules, budget summaries, plan delivery and campaign reports

  • Engage in direct conversations with digital media partners to build and manage CTC’s retail media portfolio

  • Work closely with merch and e-commerce teams to ensure proper landing page experiences and the right products are selected for the digital marketing campaigns

What you bring

  • College or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance or related discipline

  • 1 year of professional account management experience for digital marketing programs from either agency or client side

  • Experience in retail media is an asset

  • Agile and a self-starter, thrives working on new initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving and relationship management

  • Experience in demand side and analytics platforms

  • Experience with website analytics tools & advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google ads, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)

  • The ability to demonstrate experience operating across a complex matrixed organization
