WSP USA Client Program Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario
The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a talented Client Program Coordinator to join our diverse Global Mining Client Program team. As a key player in our client-centric culture, you will be at the heart of our mission to enhance client experience and drive our growth ambitions.
In this role, you will work closely with the Global Mining Client Program Director and support account teams and activities around the world. You will be instrumental in planning and executing our client program initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with an interest in client relationship management and who thrives in a collaborative environment.
The person in this position will work in hybrid mode - three days in our Toronto office.

What you can expect to do here:
Foster strong partnerships with Global Mining Account Leaders and key regional and project stakeholders to support ongoing activities and initiatives
Create, drive and track client account plans
Develop client-related collateral and project profiles
Develop content for account team meetings, presentations, strategic plans, reporting and budgeting
Champion and drive cross-business collaboration to leverage WSP’s comprehensive service portfolio
Identify and develop positioning activities for new growth areas
Leverage and align key strategies and activities across major accounts
Support the preparation of internal communications
What you’ll bring to WSP:
Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing or a related field
5-8 years’ experience in a similar or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish or French language skills considered an asset
Ability to work independently and across time zones
Positive and collaborative attitude
Genuine interest in the mining and professional services industry with a willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint
