Intuit Manager, Services and Strategic Partnerships in Toronto, Ontario

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, results-oriented executive to lead our Services and Strategic Partnerships Team. The Manager owns the strategy and execution for our professional services, delivery, 3rd party engagements and our QuickBooks Service Provider Channel. The ideal candidate will bring broad strategic thinking, proven partnership development, services, management skills, and the ability to drive results internally and with external parties. This Manager has a significant impact on Intuit’s results by developing and executing innovative services and partnerships that drive breakthrough customer benefit and material growth, driving ongoing relationships with top partners across the Intuit platform.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of large-scale strategic partnership experience and services including innovative growth partnerships, go-to-market strategies and co-creation of experiences with strategic partners. ● Demonstrated strength managing a large-scale, strategic partnerships organization with ability to scale, including across multiple geographies.● Proven track record of developing and delivering successful, innovative partner strategies that translates into new customer acquisition and revenue growth.● Proven ability to influence and negotiate with key enterprise partners to accelerate growth and customer benefit with our Partnership Community.● Possess strong strategic thinking, outstanding business acumen, and operational rigor tosolve customer and partner problems at speed and deliver cross-Intuit initiatives at scale.● Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and lead across all levels of the organization and functions.● Experienced at building a high-performance organization and inspiring, leading and developing members of the team.● Strong bias for action with the ability to balance short and long term priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

How you will lead

  • Lead teams consisting of both professional services, service delivery and 3rd party engagement.● Drive customer and revenue growth via joint go-to-market programs and co-creation of services with strategic partners.● Lead new business creation through partnership innovation. ● Ensure a One Intuit view for all key enterprise partners and drive impact across the ecosystem.● Accelerate growth and customer benefit with our Partnership Community through partnership operational excellence in cross-Intuit initiatives.
