*The Headlines: *

Reporting to the General Manager, Ontario Sales Ontario, you willbe responsible formanagingOntario's major accounts as well as theOntarioportionof national major accounts.

In this role, you will work closely with the leaders of various chains and regional groups, developing and proposing product assortments, strategies, and creative and customized programs to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitobjectiveswithin your accounts.

More specifically, you willmaintainbusiness relationships with your clients,establisha market development plan toacquirenew distribution and partners, negotiate contractual agreements, manage the budget, and analyze accounts toidentifybusiness opportunities.

Additionally, you willbe responsible forcoordinating and ensuring the delivery of the operational plan, execution standards, and financial budget in the assigned market. To do this, you will need tomaximize management, delegation, coaching, and evaluation principles continuously and definitively.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a solid network of relationships with major banner partners at the head office based on trust and businessexpertise.

  • Alsoestablishdirect links with partners and franchisees of different clients for the presentation of plans, innovations, training, and quarterly programs in line with the strategies.

  • Develop business plans and beer category plans for major clients by effectively using the strategic planning process,identifyingopportunities that guarantee the progress of our common business results, and maximizing our volume, revenue, and market share opportunities.

  • Responsible for implementing the negotiation strategy with large-scale clients and leading negotiations with several important stakeholders, respecting investment criteria, maximizing return on investment, and ensuring Molson Coors meets itsobjectives.

  • Establish and lead a prospecting and market development plan by uncovering andestablishingnew business relationships with large-scale clients.

  • Work closely with the sales operations team and regional sales managers to maximize the execution and consistency of contracts and various strategies (pricing, promotions, distribution), collect feedback from the sales force to improve the execution of strategies. Know how to influence andleveragethe help of various sales support departments (business intelligence, revenue management, Channel Marketing) to maximize the developed and executed strategies and programs.

  • Responsible for various special projects related to innovations.

  • Monitor and measure the results of each major client, both at the head office and at the store level.

  • Contribute to achieving provincial volume, revenue, market share, and profitobjectivesby ensuring that the company's anddifferent brands' strategies are applied to major clients and that the expected profits are delivered.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent.

  • You have more than 7-10 years of experience in sales and negotiations with concrete successful results.

  • You have knowledge ofthe grocery and convenienceenvironments. An alreadyestablishedcontact network is an asset.

  • You are creative and innovative, result-oriented, and customer-focused while being a skilled negotiator.

  • You know how to plan, manage priorities, and make quality decisions.

  • You are an effective communicator.

  • You havegoodknowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.

  • Youdemonstrateenergetic leadership, make informed decisions, keep your commitments, and know how to align your initiatives with the company's strategies.

  • You hold a valid driver's license.
