Job Description

Teledyne Reynolds (a business unit of Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC) has over 60 years of heritage supplying the highest quality, high voltage interconnect solutions to the most demanding of applications in the Military/Defense, High-end Industrial, Medical, Energy and Space industries.

Responsibilities:

Develops, implements, executes, and monitors the company's production control activities including but not limited to: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Utilize planning tools, processes, and collaboration with other functions to meeting site revenue expectations.

  • Approves quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements.

  • Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures and personnel.

  • Accountable for ERP system input parameters and actioning the ERP system outputs (signals, exception messages, etc.).

  • Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures.

  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field

  • 0-2 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100

  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen

  • Knowledge of the ERP system

  • Knowledge of XA preferred

  • Experience in MS Excel and other Microsoft software packages

  • Knowledge of Sales Inventory and Operation Planning (SIOP) preferred

Please note the salary range posted below is a general guideline for this job level and location. When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills.

$7,500 signing bonus (paid 1/2 at time of hire & 1/2 after 90 days)

Salary Range:

$74,800.00-$99,880.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
