Guthrie Supervisor, Safety & Security - RPH, Towanda Campus - Full Time in Towanda, Pennsylvania
Position Summary
Oversees daily operations of Safety/Security Department for the assigned location(s) or region.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years Safety/Security field with supervisory or investigation experience.
School Education
High School Grad or Equivalent Required
Essential Functions
Responsible for direction and oversight of security officers
Schedules personnel.
Coordinates work assignments. Oversees training of new personnel.
Provides Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training to system employees Provides oversight of the electronic security systems.
Prepares required written reports for leadership.
Performs duties of a security officer when needed.
Able to rotate work schedule to meet needs of the department.
Conducts security investigations.
