The Product Manager, Consumer Neuroscience Mood will be responsible for various aspects of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) promotions including branded social media channels like YouTube, branded digital platforms including the website, and measurement and reporting. This role will also be responsible for the Consumer budget.

The Product Manager, Patient Marketing Neuroscience Mood will be a results-focused, consumer-centric marketer who stays ahead of digital trends and technologies, feels passionate about content creation, is skilled at measuring and analyzing performance data and translating it into insights and is excited to partner with cross-functional, cross-regional teams and agencies to execute with excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

  • Shape patient activations at SPRAVATO Treatment Centers to ensure consistent and positive experience

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Neuroscience mood audiences and landscape including the consumer, Mood landscape, competitive, trends and technology

  • Own and drive consumer non personal promotion, including social media, website (content, SEO, and SEM), and media tactics

  • Use data drive insights to refine product strategies and optimize promotional efforts

  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, media vendors, and other relevant partners to choose the most effective channels for promotion and identify new areas of opportunity

  • Partner with Communications, Technology, Patient Engagement teams, and other business partners to ensure continuity across branded and unbranded digital platforms

  • Establish digital metrics, measure key performance indicators through intuitive dashboards, and translate insights into action

  • Become a subject matter expert in digital marketing and actively educate business partners on new opportunities that will directly impact business performance

  • Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or an advanced degree is preferred but not required.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience is required

  • A degree in marketing, finance, science, engineering, information technology or other related field is preferred

  • Sales or marketing experience is preferred.

  • Specialty product experience preferred.

  • Ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.

  • Experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and drive decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.

  • This position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.

  • Must exhibit leadership proficiency in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, communication

  • Skilled in fostering strong relationships both internally and externally, comfortable engaging in difficult or complex conversations with a variety of subject matter experts and reporting levels. Must demonstrate learning agility and passion for new, often uncharted, areas

  • Experience with Google Analytics and related digital marketing tools is preferred

  • Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels is required

  • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills is required

The base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
