Job Profile Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to plan and control the testing process of an online web application using both manual and automated tests. This position will be full-time and hybrid .

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product release QA cycles, including creating and tracking to QA release plans, coordinate team resources & to effectively deliver high release confidence based on broad and comprehensive test coverage

  • Management and execution of the test cases, test procedures, test suites and automation strategies across environments.

  • Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Selenium, Cucumber, and Protractor tools

  • Design, create and execute Automation test cases for API web services

  • Collaborate with the team to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their demands

  • Reviews, monitors and summarizes progress of project testing activities – especially performance testing

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Experience leading, planning, and controlling the testing process for online web applications

  • Experience leading and performing UI automated testing

  • Deep knowledge of Selenium, including WebDriver and IDE

  • Experience developing browser-based automation suites and tests using Selenium

  • Experience developing Selenium automated tests in a Java and Angular 2+ environment

  • Prior experience writing and executing automation scripts

  • Prior experience working as a full cycle tester using Selenium

  • Prior experience writing JavaScript

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
