Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Security Supervisor / Facilities Protection / Crisis Manager for a position in Troy, AL. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, ICD 705, Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Underwriter Laboratories (UL), Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (BATFE) requirements, and Arms, Ammunition & Explosive (AA&E)

Responsibilities include:

Interpreting and implementing governmental policies and procedures associated with said agencies. Representing site security manager during respective shift. Interfacing with site senior leadership.

Developing and administering policies and procedures for DOD and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Providing security support for SAP related activities after hours to include, but not limited to, personnel security, classification management, and physical security.

Functioning as Emergency/Crisis Management coordinator.

Responsible for conducting staff training programs and coordinating crisis management response activities, training, and exercises.

The candidate will oversee / manage on-site Law Enforcement and contract guard force.

Ability to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call-out, and overtime required. Shift assignment is not guaranteed and based on the needs of the business.

The Locale: Troy, Alabama is located in the East Gulf Coastal Plains region of southeastern Alabama. Troy's climate is typical of areas along the Gulf of Mexico in that it has hot, humid summers and mild winters. Troy is a great place to live offering lots of things to do and has a small-town charm. Troy is also a college town and is home to Troy University. Where can you get to from Troy? Our facility in Troy is just under an hour south of Montgomery, Alabama. Troy is about 2.5 hours north of the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Walton Beach and Florida's Pan Handle. Troy is about three hours from Atlanta, GA.

Basic Qualifications:

Current Secret clearance or above with an investigation within six years.

Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement or Industrial Security experience.

Must hold or be able to obtain a private security / concealed weapon license

Ability to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, call-out, and overtime required.

Ability to work different shifts as shift assignment is not guaranteed and based on the needs of the business.

**Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment

Desired Skills:

Prior emergency response, crisis management or first responder experience Industrial Security related experience.

Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Experience and knowledge of the NISPOM, JSIG, DoD 5205.07, and LM policies and procedures.

Experience and knowledge of the National Incident Management Systems (NIMS).

Experience with administering and managing automated access control systems / CCTV and Central Monitoring Station operations.

Knowledge of Underwriter Lab 2050, NISP, AA&E, and Closed Area construction.

Be highly organized and have advanced oral/written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in developing and presenting training materials to staff and others.

Ability to develop or assist in the development of solutions to problems which require ingenuity, creativity and innovation.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Rotating 40 hour week as assigned by leader
